Work with Matt 1:1 · Advisory + Coachsulting

Stop building your business inside your own head.

You’re good at what you do. That’s not the issue. The issue is that you’re making every big decision alone—or surrounded by people paid to agree with you.

Sometimes you need a good question. Sometimes you need a straight answer from an operator who has seen the problem before. Call it coaching, call it consulting—clients started calling it Coachsulting.

The one-brain bottleneck

It usually sounds like this.

“I re-decide things I already decided.”

Nothing gets written down, so every big call gets relitigated at 2 a.m. You’re not indecisive. You have no decision record.

“Everyone I could ask has something to sell me.”

The agency wants the retainer. The vendor wants the contract. Your team wants you happy. Nobody gets paid to tell the truth.

“I know something is off, but I can’t rank it.”

You can feel the leaks across creative, marketing, ops, and CX, so you fix whichever one yelled loudest this week.

What you can hold me to

A decision should leave the call decided.

  • Bring the decision, the hire, or the thing you keep avoiding. We work on what is actually on your desk.
  • Decisions get made, written down, and owned before the call ends—not politely reopened the next day.
  • You get direct questions when you need to think and direct answers when I have one worth giving.
  • The follow-through matches the tier: monthly with email for quick unblocks, or weekly with weekday messaging.

I won’t promise you a revenue number. Anyone who does is selling you a montage. I promise to bring judgment, context, and the willingness to tell you when I think you’re wrong.

Pricing, in the open

Pick the cadence you need.

Both are advisory or consulting—not done-for-you delivery. The difference is cadence. Both are monthly and cancel anytime.

One call a month

Advisory

A focused monthly working session

$1,500/mo

one 60-minute call / month · email between calls

One working session a month. Bring the decision, the hire, or the thing you keep avoiding; leave with it decided, written down, and owned.

  • One 60-minute call a month, on your calendar
  • Decisions get made, written down, and owned before the call ends
  • Email between calls for the quick unblocks
The standing weekly seat

Coachsulting

A weekly call and weekday access

$3,000/mo

four calls / month · weekday messaging

The weekly version. You decided it, the room nodded, and by Friday it’s open again. I sit beside you while we close the gap between deciding and doing.

  • Four calls a month, in a standing weekly slot
  • Message me between sessions; I reply every weekday
  • What shipped gets checked against what was decided, every week
  • Ask me anything, from systems to who to hire next

I keep a limited number of direct clients while remaining a working operator. If I do not have room, I’ll tell you.

How I work

A toolkit, not a script.

I pull from the tool that fits the situation—built across ten years and a couple hundred founders, not forced into a program.

Their words, not mine.

I just quoted the highest retainer price I’ve ever quoted in my life! It scared the shit out of me, but I said the number thanks to you. I’m proud of myself!

The honest fine print

Questions worth answering before we talk.

Who is this not for?

Founders who want a guaranteed revenue number. Founders who will not decide. And anyone who wants a yes-man: six years in, my longest client will tell you I earn the fee by disagreeing with him.

What’s the difference between the two tiers?

Cadence and access. Advisory is one focused call a month with email for quick unblocks. Coachsulting is a standing weekly call plus weekday messaging. Same judgment, different proximity.

Is this coaching or consulting?

Both—that’s why clients started calling it Coachsulting. I bring real operator experience, a toolkit of frameworks, and the judgment to know when you need a question and when you need an answer.

Do you take equity or rev-share?

No. Monthly fee, cancel anytime. I want my incentive to be making you successful enough to keep paying me—not owning a piece of something I’m not building.

What does async access actually look like?

On Advisory, email is there for quick unblocks between monthly calls. On Coachsulting, message me between weekly sessions and I reply every weekday. It is not a chatbot. It is me.

Why so few seats?

Because the value is that I hold your context in my head while staying current in real operating work. I keep the roster small enough to do both.

What if I want out?

Both tiers are monthly and cancel anytime. No exit fees, no awkward conversation. If it is not working, I would rather end it cleanly.
