The partnership studio
Build a useful partnership across GOODSTON, Matt Lady content, live programming, events, and reusable creative. Every package is designed to travel across channels instead of stopping at one post.
The web media kit
GOODSTON is the industry desk. Matt Lady is the human creator. Brand-owned work gives your team reusable creative. A package can use one surface or connect them without blurring what each one means.
Industry media
Daily commerce context and recurring community utility—not another generic link roundup.
Creator media
The human point of view: operator-led explanations, stories, interviews, and behind-the-scenes work.
Brand-owned production
Matt’s face, thinking, and production applied to assets your team can use—with explicit rights.
Approximate audience signals as of August 2026. Channels overlap. GOODSTON and Matt’s new YouTube programming are starting fresh, so I do not sell combined “total reach” or invented performance forecasts.
Choose your partnership
Each card shows the guaranteed starting menu. After an email exchange or fit call, we tailor the topic, sequence, exact formats, timing, and special programming—without stripping away that baseline.
Recurring GOODSTON inventory
An Integrated Partner can support the whole-week identity. GOODSTON Partners can support one weekday category. The same company never gets charged twice for the same impression just because a live runs longer.
A longer live creates value only when it adds a named clinic, interview, workshop, or correspondent block—not another logo in a crowded rail.
Start with one idea, then adapt it across email, live, native social, original creator work, and useful programming.
Longer terms can earn rate stability, creative refreshes, planning, and narrow ad-category exclusivity—not a deep discount that makes the work worse.
Quarterly 12–24 hour tentpoles
The line I don’t cross
Every material relationship is disclosed. Calendar, Opportunity Board, and Compendium inclusion cannot be purchased. Paid-category exclusivity blocks competing ads—not editorial coverage.
Bought disclosed inventory, production, distribution, or usage rights.
Selected because it is useful. Placement and ranking are not for sale.
A material commercial relationship, disclosed anywhere it affects the story.
A tracked economic relationship, labeled at the recommendation or link.
Track record
Beyond 100+ hosted episodes, I’ve handled format, guest research, sponsors, recording, editing, clips, publishing, promotion, and live production. Past guests include Ezra Firestone, Eli Weiss, Ari Murray, Rabah Rahil, Andrew Faris, and Ben Parr.
Choose the job and partnership level. The channel mix is already built in.
I review audience truth, product fit, conflicts, and workload.
Deliverables, approvals, disclosure, rights, dates, and price go in writing.
You see what ran, when it ran, and the outcomes we can observe.
Before we talk
Because hiding every number creates unnecessary calls. These founding rates are available for agreements signed through December 31, 2026 and are based on guaranteed work and production—not CPM math or inflated reach projections. The rate locks for the signed term and is reviewed at renewal as the audience and delivery data mature.
Yes. The $750 Omnichannel Pilot is a one-time, fixed 14-day package for a new partner. It carries one idea through email, live, and social without adding exclusivity, paid usage, or endless revisions. If the fit is real, the next step is a recurring relationship or creator campaign.
No. Individual posts, vertical videos, and carousels are not sold à la carte. They are adaptations inside an omnichannel partnership, so the same useful idea can travel without turning the work into a disconnected deliverable menu.
No. It is the guaranteed baseline that makes the price concrete. After an email exchange or fit call, we tailor the topic, sequence, exact formats, timing, channels, guests, and any special programming. The final scope goes in writing before work begins.
Three months establishes the public founding monthly rate. Six-month agreements receive a better effective rate, and 12+-month agreements receive the best rate and longest price lock. The exact longer-term economics follow the final inventory, category conflicts, production plan, and payment schedule.
No. I guarantee contracted delivery. If a placement is missed, I replace it and add one comparable placement. Reporting covers what ran and the results we can actually observe.
Not by paying. A strong product can be both a sponsor and an editorial recommendation, but those are separate decisions and both relationships are labeled. Money buys a defined opportunity to communicate—not the conclusion.
Creator packages include 90-day organic reposting and paid media use from the brand’s own accounts for delivered assets. Whitelisting from Matt’s handle is the only separate media-usage right. Raw footage, category exclusivity, rush delivery, travel, hard production costs, and unusual revisions are also scoped only when needed. AI training, synthetic voice or likeness, perpetual rights, and sublicensing are unavailable.
Ready when the idea is
A $750 Omnichannel Pilot is the smallest door. A longer partnership has to earn its place—for the audience, the partner, and the work.
